So, what’s the truth about Planned Parenthood?
In its 2006-2007 annual report, Planned Parenthood Federation of America showed total revenue equaling over $1 billion.
This includes clinic income, private donations, and tax dollars via government grants which, at $336.7 million, account for one-third of their income.
For the 21st year in a row, Planned Parenthood has turned a net profit, which at $114.8 million has doubled from its last report.
Since 2000, Planned Parenthood affiliates have received approximately $500,000 from Virginia taxpayers according to the Secretary of Health and Human Resources.

In early 2008, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, their powerful political arm, announced its One Million Strong Campaign, a $10 million dollar effort to turn out voters in support of pro-choice candidates.
During this campaign, Planned Parenthood spent an enormous $319,050 towards candidates across the country (98% went to Democrats and 2% went to Republicans).4
